LAST HOPE RESCUE IS A FOSTER BASED RESCUE.   OUR ADOPTABLE PETS ARE IN LOVING FOSTER HOMES. 

Hubcap is a sweet, energetic little man! He LOVES to play and when he's all wore out will come over for some cuddle time. If you're looking for a cat that likes to interact and will love you unconditionally then this is your man!
