Hi - I'm Katie! I'm about 6 months old, I weigh 26 pounds, and I've already been spayed and had all my shots. My sister and I were brought to Last Hope all the way from Texas! She was adopted out pretty quickly, but I've spent some extra time with my foster family because I'm quite shy and it takes a little while for me to warm up to new people.  Once I do get comfortable with them, though, there's nothing I like better than snuggling up on the couch with them or playing with the other dogs in my foster home. I'm good on a leash, I'm housebroken, and I'm absolutely great about being in my crate when I need to be. I would love to go to a forever home where there aren't any little kids. They're just too wild for me and I prefer people who are on the mellow side, but who are still active and like to play outdoors.  I would like a home with another dog to help me with my confidence and to play with and a fenced in yard would be really cool too  Hope to meet you soon! - Katie
