LAST HOPE RESCUE IS A FOSTER BASED RESCUE.   OUR ADOPTABLE PETS ARE IN LOVING FOSTER HOMES. 

Rigel (Ry-gel) is a 6 month old handsome cream and white kitten who is a lovey, cuddly boy. He was found in a ditch with his siblings as a baby. Luckily, they were found shortly after by a kind lady who stopped and scooped them up. Despite this ordeal, Rigel has never been afraid of humans, and warmed up very quickly to his fosters. He is an easy-going and affectionate guy who never misses an opportunity to plunk down on your lap and roll over for belly rubs. He can't believe he has been in foster care for 4 months already! This guy is an absolutely wonderful boy! Please consider checking out his brother Tabit as well (also available through Last Hope Animal Rescue). The two boys are the *best of friends* and would LOVE nothing more than to go to a forever home together. They do everything together (play, eat, and nap).

Rigel is timid around dogs, but would probably warm up to the right dog (laid-back, calm, cat friendly dog). He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Rigel lives in a foster home and is available to be seen by appointment. He may make appearances at our weekly open house events but please watch our Facebook page to see who is attending the events. You may also let us know if you want to meet him specifically and we'll set up a time!
