Meet Marcel. Marcel is a very sweet boy who may be a little timid when he first meets you, but it doesn't take him long to end up lying in your lap or at least beside you. If you rub his tummy he will love you forever. Marcel is a great companion who likes to go for walks or rides in the car, whatever you want to do is fine with him. He is happy following you around the house or the yard, being your little shadow. He would prefer to have a fenced yard though, because he does like to venture out and explore things outdoors on his own, too. Marcel is crate trained if you need to go somewhere without him, but when it is time to go to bed he would prefer to sleep next to you. Marcel is currently living in foster care with two other dogs his size and he gets along very well witht them. We are not sure how he would be with a larger dog or cats, yet. Marcel has a coat that will need to be groomed every 6-8 weeks, but he will not shed on the furniture. Marcel is a loving dog who is looking for someone to give him the TLC he deserves for the rest of his life. If you would like to meet Marcel, please email Sonia at sonia@lasthoperescueia.org.
