LAST HOPE RESCUE IS A FOSTER BASED RESCUE.   OUR ADOPTABLE PETS ARE IN LOVING FOSTER HOMES.

Fabulous Frankie is ready to meet you! He has a beautiful long coat which he maintains very nicely, but he'd appreciate your help with a little brushing here and there. That big beautiful coat is also hiding that fact that Frankie is a little on the chonky side...maybe you can help him lose a little weight this New Year?  Frankie is a pretty chill kitty, but he certainly won't be shy about letting you know that he wants some attention! Frankie will roll to show you his tummy and gladly accept your lovings!

Frankie was adopted as a kitten and returned to our care just recently so he's now close to 3 years old.  We were told that he does not do well with children and the toddler in his home would scare him and pull his fur.  We gave Frankie a brief introduction to a young person and he didn't mind them from afar and was happy to share space with them as long as he could climb or get away on his own terms.  Frankie would not enjoy a home with a cat-obsessed little kid but he might do okay with a cat-obsessed young adult! He has briefly met and shared large open spaces with other laid back cats, it's clear to us that he likes to still have some personal space when it comes to having fur siblings but could easily adapt to another laid back feline. Frankie has yet to be dog tested but so far seems to be rather afraid of them.

Frankie's adoption fee is $85 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations, and an FeLV/FIV test. Last Hope requires all animals to be kept as indoor only pets and that adopters have a history of keeping their pets altered and current on vaccinations. If you would like to meet or adopt Frankie, please fill out an adoption application on our website, adopthope.org.
