** INTRODUCING… MILADY **

This loving, sweet girl and was taken in by Last Hope Animal Rescue on 6/18/22 and was guesstimated to be about 1 1/2 years old at that time.  She was extremely pregnant and had been dumped outside to fend for herself… the Animal Control Officer in a small town asked us if we could take her in because she knew the owners weren’t going to take her back because they were being incarcerated for a long time.

Milady is a pretty quiet girl, and has a little chirpy sounding meow.  Her white coat is beautiful with just a dusting of light gray on her head, and her yellow eyes are stunning!  She gave birth to 5 kittens on 7/2/22 and was the most attentive mama you could ever hope for!  She had space to get away from her kittens, but almost 99% of the time she was always laying down with them so they could nurse at any time.  She is still playful and loves attention!  When her kittens were starting to eat soft food, she would go over to the bowl to show them what to do, but then back away and let them eat and would only eat when they were done!  She so deserves a family who will give her loving home!

Milady tested positive for FIV, but has shown no signs of any type of illness.  She hasn’t been around any other cats since being taken in, but she can live with other FIV+ cats - and perhaps even other cats in the home if properly introduced and if none of them are aggressive.

Her adoption fee is $85.00.  She is spayed, has had her FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations; tested NEG. for Feline Leukemia but positive for FIV; she has been treated for parasites and is also microchipped!   Won’t you give this beautiful girl a loving home and a family who will treasure her for the rest of her life?  She would make the PURRFECT companion for someone who can only have one cat in an apartment or in a rental home!

She is fostered in Waterloo, IA and you can apply for her online through the Last Hope Animal Rescue website at www.adopthope.org.  All animals in the adoptive home must be current on vaccinations, be spayed or neutered, and be kept as indoor pets only; applicants must be 21 years old to adopt.
