Last Hope Animal Rescue (LHAR) is an all-volunteer, 501c(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to serve the communities of the greater Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area by providing foster homes, rehabilitation for companion pets and adopting them into safe, healthy, lifelong homes.
